Looking for a birthday celebration that’s easy to plan AND fun? The Absolute Gym is the perfect place to make your child’s special day an exciting, action-packed adventure. From tumbling, dancing, and jumping on trampolines to exploring our air floors and specialized equipment, every child will have a blast in our fun and energetic environment!
What to Expect on Party Day:
Arrive 5–10 minutes before your party start time to gain access to the party room, to begin bringing in food & decorations.
Participants will kick off the fun with interactive warm-up games before diving into an introduction to jumping, twisting, and more with our energetic party leaders.
While the kids enjoy the gym, the hosts can set up in our party dining area, complete with:
Picnic-style tables for food, cake, and gifts.
Access to a communal kitchen, including a fridge and freezer for your goodies.
Party Details:
Gym instruction: 1 hour of tumbling, dancing, and games tailored either to ages 2-5 (safe, trampoline-free bouncing) or 5 & up (high-energy tumbling/cheer fun).
Dining area: 1 hour to celebrate, eat, and open gifts.
Hosts can bring their own food and drinks, and are responsible for tablecloths, plates, etc.
Hosts are responsible for tidy up and we provide the garbage bags and cleaning aids to make it a breeze!

CHOOSE A PARTY PACKAGE
Rules & Policies:
All attendees participating on the mats must sign a waiver, parents included: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/5xoin49gzrurnbkz9cemsq/web/
Attendees must stay off of the mats once it is food time.
Host families must leave no later than 10 minutes after the end of your reservation. Overtime will be billed should this occur.
Kindly make sure to tidy up all garbage before departing. Parties that exceed their booking time or leave behind an excessive mess may incur a cleaning/late fee ranging from $75 to $100, depending on the duration and extent of the mess.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to be present with their child for guests attending under 4 years old.
IMPORTANT: Children under the age of 2 are not permitted on the gymnastics floor or equipment. Please ensure all of your guests are aware that younger siblings who are under 2 years are not permitted to participate in activities (but can attend the party room).
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
● 0-7 days notice of cancellation = No refunds
● 8-13 days notice of cancellation = 50% refund (this includes the admin fee)
● 14 days + notice of cancellation = 100% refund minus a $25 admin fee
